Registration

How do I know if my registration is successful?

You will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address upon successful registration.

If it does not appear in your Inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

I've entered the wrong particulars during registration. How do I update them?

Log in to your profile and make the necessary changes.
Alternatively, email milesofsmiles@slec.org.sg with your registered name and mobile number. We will respond within 3 working days.

Can I register for someone else using my email address?

No. One email address can only be used for one registration. To register another participant, please use a different email address.

Participation

Can I participate in multiple teams?

No. Each Strava account can only be linked to one profile.

Is the team record cumulative, or does every member have to clock their own activities?

Each member must complete their own 60km.
The team’s total distance adds up depending on the number of members.
Example: 5 members = 300km total.
Each member’s progress and donations are combined on the team’s main page.

Strava & Tracking

How do I link my Strava account to my profile?

Log in to your account at https://slec.wobs.com.sg/login.
Click on ‘My Activity’.
Select ‘Connect with Strava’.
Click ‘Authorize’.

👉 Make sure the Strava account you connect is the same one linked to your device. If your web profile is linked to one Strava account (e.g. Facebook) but your phone is linked to another (e.g. Google), your activities will not sync. In this case, please unlink and relink the correct account.

Where can I download the Strava app?

The Strava GPS app is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Can I complete my 60km challenge in multiple attempts?

Yes, you can spread out your distance over multiple sessions, but it must be completed within the challenge period: 1 Sep 2025 – 31 Jan 2026.

Troubleshooting Activities

Why aren’t some of my activities being recorded on Strava?

Check that your Strava profile and privacy settings are set to ‘Public’. If your activities are private, our leaderboard cannot capture them. We recommend uploading your activities immediately after completing them.

The distance recorded by Strava is inaccurate. Can you adjust it?

We are unable to edit distances recorded by Strava. To avoid errors:

Ensure your GPS signal is strong throughout your activity
Confirm Strava is recording properly during your session
Do a final check before ending the activity

Can I manually add my activities without using Strava?

Yes. You may use any fitness tracking app that records the date, time, and distance of your activity. To submit:

Take a screenshot of your completed activity.
Log in to your profile.
Upload the screenshot under your activity details.

⏳ Manual submissions may take up to 48 hours to be verified and reflected on your account.

Collection

When will my race pack reach me?

Race packs will start being mailed from 22 October. Participants can expect to receive their packs within 1.5 weeks of registration.
