As Singapore celebrates 60 years of nationhood, we also celebrate our seniors, the generation who helped build our country, our lives, and our communities. Whether you walk, run, or hike, every step supports St Luke’s ElderCare in transforming community care for our elders.
Join us today on our 60km virtual journey of love and care!
Every elder’s smile holds a story of dignity, joy, and belonging. At St Luke’s ElderCare (SLEC), we journey with our elders so they can age well within their communities.
As Singapore becomes a super-aged society, the need has never been greater. That’s why we are raising $30 million over five years through the SLEC Community Transformation Fund. Guided by six I.M.P.A.C.T. pillars — Innovate, Mentor, Programme, Advocate, Connect and Train — the fund will uplift elders, support caregivers, and strengthen communities.
Together, let’s build a Singapore where every elder is celebrated, supported, and smiling. From $20
